RockStart Buffer

With this Hot-Start PCR buffer system, you can use the enzyme of your
choice. The buffer precipitates magnesium to prevent primer-dimers and
non-specific products. Upon normal cycling, the magnesium is freed. No
initial soak at 95º is necessary, and all DNA polymerases tested are
effective. Includes buffer and Magnesium for 200 50ul reactions.
