Omni Klentaq LA is a DNA polymerase mixture containing Omni Klentaq, a multipurpose mutant of Klentaq that is able to overcome inhibitors in blood, serum, soil, inhibitory foods, and fluorescent dyes. Omni Klentaq can tolerate 15 - 20% whole blood or serum in the PCR reaction.  The Long-Accurate feature allows for amplification of longer products with higher fidelity and accuracy.  LA enzymes are not recommended for use with dUTP.
